    potassium
    garlic
    acidophilus
    apple cider vinegar tabs
    CoQ10
    Fish oil
    oil of oregano

    And I'm going to add in
    L-Carnitine

        Multi Vitamin and calcium supplements - when I remember *blush*.

            Quick question. What benefit do apple cider vinegar tabs have as such? Also, aren't CLA's just omega-6 fats. Can I reap the benefits of CLA if I used tabs for Omega 3-6-9 and not CLA alone? Thanks

              Apple cider vinegar tabs are beneficial to the intestinal tract for people who tend to suffer from yeast overgrowth issues.

              As for the CLA, I don't have the information in front of me, but I'm under the impression that it's something in addition to the omega-6, or I'd definitely save the money and purchase that instead (CLA is fairly expensive). I'd have to re-read the information, but it's not in front of me at the moment.

                X-Factor (Arichidonic Acid sp?)
                NOW Arginine/Orthinine

                The first group are things I take daily.

                The second is a stack of a bunch of different things that I am taking for a total of a 50 day cycle. Most of them are included to try and keep/gain muscle while restricting calories.

                  I'm interested to know what supplements are working best for everyone here is what I take daily:

                  1- daily multi vitamin/mineral (carbsmart)

                  2 - Atkins Essential oils (before lunch and dinner)

                  2 /4 - Metamucil (fiber for regularity... )

                  1 - biotin pill for hair and nail growth



                  I bought Atkins Advantage but havent tried it yet, waiting a week or two to see if I need it..

                  OWL Rungs:
                  1: Vegetables
                  2: Dairy
                  3: Nuts and Seeds
                  4: Berries & Melons
                  5: Wine and other spirits low in carbs
                  6: Legumes
                  7: Fruits other than berries
                  8: Starchy Veges
                  9: Whole Grains

                      I've been posting in fitday and even with my multivit/mineral I seem to be low in Magnesium, Iron (by a little each day) and Calcium..

                      Thinking of getting seperate dosages of those...

                      What do you all think of adding Iron seperatly?

                      When I used to give blood I would come up boarderline Anemic, so I think I may need extra iron...

                        I just take a multi vitamin I found at the health food store specifically for low carb diets and 2 fish oil tablets per day.Is is possible to take too many vitamins? My multivitamin already had allot of what everybody takes in addition to multivitamins. Should I be taking addition supplements? I know nothing about vitamins.

                          Stacey, if you can find it, I encourage you to read Dr. Atkins Vita-Nutrient Solution .. what a wealth of information in that little gem!! I got mine at Walmart I think!
