All those living in UK could you please let me know which vitamin is the best and where i can buy it from?? there are so many out there. it can get rather confusing?

take your DANDR and compare the bottles in your store with the amounts of vits Dr Atkins says you need. Just about any good multimineral mulitvitamin will work.

You can get Atkins vitamnins here, I have been taking the atkins 14 day starter kit pills, £15-19 for 2 weeks. I was able to get them at my local tescos but this time I had to go to go a big boots.
I have been taking Berocca as well, my lips get really chapped, then crack and bleed if I don't. I have taken Berocca for years, its very good but I don't know how it compares with the atkins, seems a bit like over kill to take both but lips get so sore when I stop it.

Everyone has their opinion and mine is probably a little different from what is recommended - I believe that whole food supplements are the best. They are real food supplements and not fragmented supplements not found in nature. I get mine at luckyvitamin.com. They are the cheapest supplier I have found. You might want to check them out even if you want to buy other products. Not sure where they ship to though.
