I have found some posts recommendig panax ginseng (corean / american) as a cure for fatigue, eventhough the book says it is stronger but has side efects like irritability, ansiety, not able to sleep. Has these happened to you?
The vitanutrients says it is better siberian ginseng but it could take weeks to see the efects.
