Hi guys. I'm thinking about adding Whey Protein to my regiment. Wondering what I should mix it with? Any suggestions? I think most athletes mix it with milk or fruit juice...and that's probably out for me with this WOL. I wonder would some concoction of splenda, fruit, water and the powder be ok. Whadya think?
