    page 245-246 in DANDR, Chapter 'Eating in the Real World' has some very specific tips for getting back on track after going 'off plan.' I thought it might be good to mention these after seeing a few discouraged posts where folks felt bad and were struggling to get back on track.

    Take a chromium supp, chromium picolinate or polynicotinate, 400 mcg 3 times a day for 2 days, also L-Glutamine, 500 to 1000 mg three times daily, plus a single dose of Vitamin B complex, 50 mg. As well as the supplements, you want to overwhelm the cravings with high fat/protein meals and snacks, plenty of cream cheese, poultry, fatty fish, even the cream/diet soda mixture. The supps help subdue the cravings, and the fat puts you back into lipolysis quickly.

    Good point and so I am bumping this a little even though it is a sticky. The wagon has run over quite a few people lately and this could be really helpful!
