Since the fiber (like flaxmeal, wheat bran, psyllium) absorbs the fat in our guts, should we take the essential oils at a diferent time, so they won't be absorbed by the fiber?

Re: flax seed and essential oils
fibers absorb water and things get trapped in the bundles of fibers and carried out. that is how oat bran removes cholesterol.
so in theory you are losing some of everything you take with your high fiber foods and/or supplements. that is why they tell folk not to take thier meds with high fiber foods.by the book atkinseer
