I've heard some great thing about Green Tea Extract, but the bottle I've got has some caffeine in it. I know some people here take it--do y'all use caffeine free or is it some sort of special green tea caffeine that I don't have to worry about?

just drink Green tea you can buy it caffeine free. then after you have your water have some tea.
