how can i get them??

okie i need to start the diet and i cannot take pills as i cannot swollow them
so im kinda stuck as to what to do is there a place when i can get like a sweet type of thing or some drink or something i realy need with this as there is 100% no chance that i can take the pills as i just can't ive tryed and it just wont go down and then i get upset becuase i can not even swollow a little pill or a baby size tablet and i dont know why so if someone can that would be great and i also have to be able to buy the items in the UK

I can't speak on where, as I live in the U.S., but as far as what, maybe you could look for liquid vits, or powder. I don't know if there are sublingual vits like they make some medications, but there's an idea. Other than that if you can find a regular pill that can be crushed and still be effective, that could work. Many pills are not meant to be crushed though, due to time release and so on, so you'd have to check.

talk to your pharmasist about sugarfree liquid vits. What have you been taking as your vits before you started Atkins?

I take an adult chewable vitamin. I am like you and cannot swallow pills at all. I take Nature's Plus Adult's Chewable Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Dietary Supplement. It has lots of B vitamins and I have been using these for about 3 or 4 years now. They do have a 2 gram carb count but I allow for it in my daily count. Nature's Plus is a big brand name so you should be able to find them on any vitamin store website. I buy mine locally at a healthfood store. Oh, has a pineapple taste that I like but some say it takes time to get use to.
