anyone ever heard of juice plus?
Hey Everyone,
Just have a quick question....have ya'll ever heard of Juice Plus, the nutritional supplement? I bought a ton of it just before starting Atkins, and I have been hesitant to take it for fear of slowing weight loss, but I know i need a daily supplement. The box says it has less than one gram of carbs per two tablets, the veggies ones and the fruit ones. However, I know some things are no-no's, even at low carb count...so does anyone have any experience with this supplement?
