  • Please review my vitamins - not losing :o(

    Multivitamin (no iron) 2Xday
    Omega 3-6-9 fish oil 2Xday
    CoQ10 50mg 2Xday
    Chromium 200mg 2Xday
    Calcium (333mg) & Magnesium (167mg) with Zinc (20mg) 2Xday
    Vitamin E 1000 IU 2Xday

Please please review! I don't know what is going on. 40-60 min cardio 6Xweek and eating strict induction. I haven't lost an ounce in a month. I have reviewed my menu, I am getting plenty of water, rest, and exercise. I've been to the doc to check thyroid, did the yeast test, and take no medications (I stopped my birth control about 5 weeks ago to see if that was the culprit). Still, nothing. Not losing inches. I feel great.. and of course that is a good thing.. but I need to get some of this weight off. Maybe it has something to do with the vitamins?

Hi Cranberry - How about posting a complete list of foods and drinks including any sweeteners and seasonings, plus quantities for review? Perhaps you are not following induction properly without realizing it?
