I am taking this GNC Soltron multivitaming, and I have noticed that after i take them they make me want to vomit... are those right vitamins?

If it makes you sick try taking it with food
you can take any good quality vitamin that is sugar/carb free. Dr Atkins has a list of recommended potencies for each vit and mineral and you can check different brands at your store to see which come closest to them.by the book atkinseer

I have the same problem with vitamins. I have gastroparesis and it makes it hard to digest food. I find that if I take the vitamin with food it helps. Also, I cannot take vitamins in a capsule, they make me nauseated for several hours, but the solid ones I can take if I take them with food. Also, If you are taking synthoid, make sure you are taking your vitamin atleast four hours after your synthroid. My endocrinologist told me that....Dawn

Take them before you go to bed.
It's what they tell us to do to choke down those prenatal vitamins. LOL I sleep through the icky tummy.
