    OKAY MY VITAMIN INTAKE HAS BEEN NIL SINCE I STARTED MY ATKINS DIET ON JULY 24 2006. I RECENTLY BOUGHT ME SOME POTASSIUM FOR LEG CRAMPS AND THAT WAS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. YESTERDAY I PURCHASED ATKINS ESSENTIAL OILS, ATKINS ACCEL, AND ONE A DAY WEIGHT SMART VITAMINS. DO I NEED ANYTHING ELSE? DO I NEED TO DROP SOMETHING FOR RIGHT NOW CONSIDERING THAT I'LL BE JUST NOW TAKING THESE VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS? I JUST WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

    Check the book, You might want to add some L-Carnitines it kinna shuttles the fat into energy.
    But supplements intake should be based on your personal health. The only comment that I might have is to check those One A Days as you don't want anything that includes iron. Iron is one mineral that we get plenty of on this plan and its something that more is not better.

      Doesn't the Atkins Accel contain caffeine? If you're trying to cut caffeine out of your diet you might want to skip taking those!
