Charlie horses

Hey everyone, my 15 yr old is on Atkins now for 2 weeks. She is suffering alot of charlie horses in the night time...I had her take some potassium suppliment during induction because of the water flushing out her system..
what's the next step for these charlie horses...

could be potassium could be calcium could be dehydration could also be a symptom of hypothyroidism. Moving to OWL should help any vit or mineral defiency. You can take her to see her doc and get some blood work ro know for sure.
