Hey everyone. I was wondering what supplements I need to get. And should I already be taking them??? Is there 1 pill that conatins EVERYTHING. Let me know what you guys use. Thanks!

Hi!
I think I replied to you about supplements in another post, but wanted to let you know to start with a good multi-vitamin without iron. I use the Wal-Mart brand for men since it doesn't contain any iron.
After that I would just track your nutrients in FitDay and see where you are not getting enough (100 percent of the RDA) and supplement there. Then if you have any medical issues or problems, you can look up natural remedies and see if there are other vitamins/supplements that may benefit you.
Dr. Atkins also addresses supplements in the book in Chapter 23, page 301. That would be a good starting point also.
I think there are some sticky posts at the top of this forum that might have some interesting info for you as well.

I think Dr. Atkins advocates taking the antioxidant ones first -- like Vit C, Vit E, etc.
I'd start them in one at a time and begin with Vit C.
