Vita/Supp Question

I'm going to begin to use GNC Men's Energy Vitapack.

Does anyone know if this is okay? It has no iron, no gluten, no wheat, and looking at the ingredients, doesn't seem to have dextrose, etc.

did you type that right? you don't need fruit in your vits.

is this just a B complex or is it got other vits and minerals you should be geting. you can just buy a good mens daily vit and be covered pretty much.
