    Will anyone rate my multi-vitamin please?

    I am taking a Multi-Vitamin called "stress-tabs" ... it contains the following:

    Vitamin C 300mg 500%
    Vitamin E 30IU 100%
    Thiamin 10mg 667%
    Riboflavin 10mg 588%
    Niacin 100mg 500%
    VitaminB6 5mg 250%
    Folate 400mcg 100%
    VitaminB12 12mcg 200%
    Biotin 45mcg 15%
    Pantothenic Acid 20mg 200%
    Calcium 44mg 4%
    Phosphorus 32mg 3%
    Chromium Picolinate 200mcg 167%
    EGCG (from green tea extract) 32mg
