    We have a new Hostess for the Forum!!!

    biogeek has graciously accepted the Hostess position for the Vita Nutrient Solution/Supplements Forum! We've already seen her in action and have gained from her knowledge. i know she will do an outstanding job for us.

    I am thankful that bio accepted and is again Paying It Forward for the ADBB!!!

        Thanks ya'll! I'm very excited about paying-it-forward in a new way to all my fellow ADBBers. I have lots of info to share and just itchin' to help out. Thanks for the opportunity!!
