Re: Nutrient of the week: Vitamin B

taking nothing but the new B vitamin i purchased, my daily vitamin and the fish oil capsule. been feeling good phsically, mentally there has been some strain but i've had worse without it creating a problem.
i exeperienced nothing last night. woke up but not because of that.

maybe it's stress related? to be truthful i haven't a clue what really brings this on so i guess i need to search that out. off to do that right now before the board gets too busy.

    editing to add:

i told jack last night that maybe i was coming down with something. i am reading that a more likely cause (one of them) could be an inner ear infection. it also occurs more frequently in women and more frequently as we age.

B's are nowhere mentioned as a cause and i figured that, but wanted your opinion on it.

It's true that inner ear infections can be a prime source, or things that mimic it, thus it would be temporary. That's why I asked you about the antibiotics and NSAIDs. They can sometimes create havoc in our inner ears. It's a bummer that it occurs more often in women, especially those over 50.

Hope you find the cause soon.

Rather a medical ignoramous speaking here ... but with episodes of dizzyness I always think first of low blood pressure or cervical vertebrae probs.
Hope you feel better soon jimmie!
