    I've been looking for Atkins Basic 3, figured I'd be safe with that but I'm fairly well convinced they quit making the stuff. I'm not sure what suppliments I should be taking, would someone mind checking over the contents of my MultiVitamin and tell me what suppliments I should get. Aside from the MultiVitamin, I'm also taking Fish Oil caplets 2x day. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Unfortunately, Atkins doesn't make their supplements anymore.

    Your multi seems to be pretty good and it doesn't have iron. Adding fish oil capsules is just fine as well.

    Are you looking to maintain good health or something else?

      Hey,
      just a quick question: why is it that we dont want iron in our multivitamins? Because i know mine have a bit...the pharmacist told me its not much, but he didnt have any without it
      So, does iron slow down weight loss? is it unhealthy?? Whats wrong w/ it ? lol lol

        during induction and on through this woe, you are getting plenty of iron by what you eat.
