Yes, I don't use L-Glutamine but for a multivitamin I use Centrum Silver. However, I'm in America so no idea if you have that where you are =/

Yes, Wyeth is the manufacturer of Centrum Silver & is a good mulitvitamin to start with & it doesn't have iron. I'm in America, so I'm no help at all with what's available to you overseas. A visit to your local pharmacist may be of some help in finding what you want.

With the exception of the iron in it, that supplement seems just fine. When you're through with your current bottle, you may wish to switch to Centrum Silver or some other brand without iron.

MULTI VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENT SEARCH RESULTS:

Also,there are like ALL Twinlab products available except DAILY ONE WITHOUT IRON.....unbelievable but true.

loo see, i don't know if you have any discount little stores around you. here we have places called Dollar General and Family Dollar. chain stores bt not huge in size like the supercenters. anyway, i bought my vitamins yesterday for $4.50 a bottle. they are like Centrum Silver. it's the store brand and made for 50+ aged people. no iron.

I don't know where you saw that info about Centrum Silver having iron, but here's the link to their webpage with the nutritional info (and no iron listed)

Perhaps you read the iron for a different Centrum product??

If you know anyone being involved with Amway, they have a great product called Double X.
It's not exactly cheap but has all you need in it.

I know, great tip...since you can't buy it in the shops but I thought just in case...

Yes it's strange but Centrum Silver WYETH made for our market contains small quantity of Iron,I've asked pharmacist why is it so,but she was like this .

So, she told me that Natural Wealth makes MULTI DAY SENIOR 50+,but not each drugstore has them.....

There are also some tonic or syrup products without Iron, mostly multi vitamins with few minerals, BUT they contain forbidden ingredients like corn starch.....

Please tell me which minerals, you think , are necessary to take during Induction, 'cause I think of combining multi vitamin product with each mineral separately....if I don't find anything else of course.
