  • Where to find liquid edible coconut oil not solidified

I am looking all over for "liquid" form of coconut oil. I cannot find it anywhere... what i did find was tubs of it sorta like crisco...

Has anyone found actual liquid form of coconut oil at any major markets or stores or non major vitamin places? To like use on salads, take teasspoons full and basically treat like you do olive oil?

    thanks angel

No i didn't read it in woman's day.. i actually started hearing about it in the Candida section and then looked up the benefits of it a little.

but now i am having a hard time finding it as an actual liquid,

Does it come in liquid form? I find it at my health food store and it is solid. Whould it be the samething?

          Doesn't exist to my knowledge

To my knowledge, coconut oil is always in solid form at room temperature.

From what I understand, it turns to liquid quite readily if it is heated a little. I have taken the solid form and it seems to turn to liquid as soon as it is in my mouth...It actually does not taste bad either.

Coconut oil melts at around 76 degrees F, you won't really find a liquid oil becuase what I read a while back that it will become rancid quite easy if left in liquid form. So they decrease mositure content to like .01% to increase the shelf life. Thus resulting in the semi solid form. I hope that helps.

With summer coming if you want liquid just stick it in a jar and put it outside for a bit you will have all the liquid coconut oil you need!
