Question for Biogeek and others.
I picked up some "Nature Made" Omega 3 fish oil 1200 mg from the local Target store.
It says that one serving is 2 pills. In one serving it contains 432 mg of EPA and 288 of DHA.
Says to take 1 to 2 "softgels" twice daily with a meal.
Is that enough?
I have read a couple of things that said you should get 1 to 4 Grams of Omega 3 a day. If I go two "softgels" twice a day I get 1.4 grams a day. Is that enought? I am a big guy, maybe I need to go with 2 "softgels" three times a day?
What do you folks think?
