I have two quick questions!
First of all, I can't find a multivitamin with no iron! I know people here recommended Centrum Silver but I can't find it. I'm still looking but in the meantime is it better for me to take my multivitamin that has iron or better not to take it? I'm taking calcium, vitamin c, b-complex, Co-Q 10, and fish oil as other supplements from the multivitamin so would those be enough for me until I find an iron free multivitamin or should I continue taking the multivitamin?
Also, I need potassium- my legs are getting crampy and my multivitamin doesn't contain any potassium. In the past when my legs would get crampy I would just add some potassium to my diet and it has gone away. I would like to get a potassium supplement but I just can't find one! Does anyone have a suggestion about where to look? I've been to GNC, Holland and Barrett, Boots and Superdrug and no luck so far!
Thanks!!
