alpha lipoic acid

i recently bought some supplements, including this one. what are your experiences with it? i plan to take it along with a multi, L-Carnitine, and magnesium and chromium.

I personally like it and feel that it helps me with my insulin levels. I wish it weren't so expensive though.

i know! i really really wanted to get some CoQ10 but OUCH! my budget did not allow for it at this time.

I generally take 1-300mg capsule a day, though sometimes I take two. I never go over 600 mg a day.
