  • Unfishy fish oil

I have tried several fish oil capsules and I end up burping up that awful fishy aftertaste about an hour later and it is almost impossible to get rid of the taste.

Can anyone recommend a brand that doesn't have the aftertaste?

I don't use fish oil myself..I use Krill oil..48X more antioxidants than fish oil, better absorbed, and no fishy repeat.
    I use Nature's Way.
please read on-line about it so you can compare and decide for yourself.

There's also Flax Seed Oil as an Omega-3 supplement.

          "No fishy repeat" LMAO

I'm not familiar with Krill Oil, so I'll look into it. I like Nature's Way products, too.

China, I'm a big fan of flaxseed oil capsules, too. I've not experienced "repeats" with it.

By the way, which brands of fish oil capsules have you tried? If I ever buy fish oil capsules again, I'll avoid those brands.

My wife uses Carlson Fish oil that is lemon flavored and she does well with it.

I use the fish oil capsules from Sam's Club that are coated so you don't get the fishy aftertaste.

I use Andrew Lessman's Omega 3, kind of funny tho, he adds some mint somehow so if you do burp it is "minty".

Well, a minty burp is a lot better than a fishy one!

You may have some success with Andrew Lessman's Essential Omega-3 (nothingfishy.com, procapslabs.com). It includes a blend of Peppermint and Spearmint extracts to help eliminate any hint of fishy odor or aftertaste. I also like the fact that they are molecularly distilled so you don't have to worry about mercury or heavy metal contaminants.
