I am a little confused about Omega 3 6 9.
I know that this is a really good thing to have but I am not sure why and I am not sure where I can eat the Omega 3 6 9 except from a tablet. Is taking a tablet even a good source? How much of Omega 3 6 9 should I be having daily?
