    Book: Vita-Nutrient Solution

    I see a few asking questions that are answered in Dr. Atkin's Book, " Vita-Nutrient Solution Nature's Answer to Drugs (2002)"

    I highly recommend this book.

    If you do not have this book available I would read chapter 15 of DANDR, "Good Protection for Your Heart"

    It is a great book and you can buy a copy on Amazon for one penny plus the postage. Absolutely worth it. The first time I read it I got very overwhelmed, but now I am so happy I bought it.

      I love the Vita-Nutrient book! He writes without using medical-ese when describing the various nutrients and conditions, so it's a good read for just about anyone.
