    Okay...

    Here's a list of the suppliments that I am currently taking.

    Please let me know if there is something else that I should incorporate to help with sugar cravings or emotional binge eating. I am having a difficult time. I just recently started taking these suppliments so hopefully in a few more days I will be feeling better and more in control.

    L-Glutamine 500mg/3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal.

    Magnesium Gluconate/1 each morning at breakfast

    5-HTP 50mg/1 each morning at breakfast

    Chromium Picolinate/1 each morning at breakfast

    Thanks for any advice given.
