    Vitamin b6

    I'm sure this has been discussed before but i've done a search and couldn't find answers.

    I want to take Vitamin B6 but the label says it has 300g of carbs...that can't be acceptable on induction. help?

    I think thats okay. I would suggest taking either B- stess or B 100 instead as you need more than just B6 for optimun health.

      I was mainly taking the b6 for hormonal acne. Supposedly it helps with that. I'm taking a few other vitamins but i feel like i'm going to overdose. I take so many pills. I hope it's safe.
