    Some of this is from my multi-vitamin, some boosted. What do you all think? I've never taken vitamins so...

    Vitamin A - 2500mg
    Vitamin C - 60mg
    Vitamin D - 400mg
    Vitamin E - 30mg
    Vitamin K - 80mcg
    B1 - 101.9mg
    B2 - 27.1mg
    B3 - 125mg
    B6 - 27.5mg
    Folic acid - 500mcg
    B12 - 32.5mcg
    Biotin-50mg
    Pantothenic acid - 112.5mcg
    Calcium - 436mg
    Iron - 18mg
    Magnesium - 50mg
    Zinc - 15 mg
    Selenium - 70mcg
    Copper - 2mg
    Manganese - 2mg
    L-Carnatine - 1000 mg
    CQ10 - 200mg
    Fish oil - 800mg
    Flax oil - 800mg
    Borage oil -- 400mg

    I don't know about the other nutrients but I take a bit* more magnesium that is on your list:

      I NO LONGER NEED MY WHEELCHAIR, LIFT CHAIR OR WALKER AND i SWEAR THESE ARE THE ONLY REASON WHY. Good Luck

        I try to steer folks away from supplements with iron in it....it can cause nausea and leave a metallic taste in your mouth...among other things. However, if you tend to have issues with anemia, then hopefully they will help.

        The vitamin C amount is pretty low...is that the correct amount listed? Like TWS, I also take more magnesium (I take a separate supplement in addition to whatever is in my multivitamin) as well as more flax & fish oils. However, since you're also new to supplements, just getting in the habit of taking them is a good start. You can always switch to a different brand of multi-vitamin if you feel like these aren't working well for you.

        Also, what brand are you using? Be sure to check the label for hidden carbs.
