I have a vitamin/supplement question as it relates to PCOS.
I am almost 45 and have had PCOS since I was a teen.
I can not tolerate any of the meds offered by conventional doctors and was advised that diet was my only control.
My body loves atkins and I am thinking that maybe there are supplements that will help my pcos too.
I am taking a women's 'one a day' multivitamin at the moment.
Does anyone have experience with pcos and supplements?
I have read that biotin is good for hair loss and chromium, pantethine, selenium, vanadium and biotin is good for blood sugar levels ?
All help, suggestions, comments and experiences requested.
Have a wonderful day,
Fennela
