I've never tried that brand, but I don't see anything wrong with them....no sugar or other unwantables. Just note that you take 3 a day to get those numbers.

yea, you take 3 at a time, but the list seems to be very close to what dr. atkins suggests in the book. a 60 day supply for 20 bucks doesn't seem like a bad deal.

No, that's not a bad price...I've seen more expensive vitamins for a month's supply. When you start taking them again, do report back how you like them. I'm always interested in learning about various supplement makers.
