I currently take:
With breakfast
Omega 3, 6 & 9
Multi vit
Cod liver oil (which has extra vit a)
garlic
1000mg vit c (newly introduced)
Lunch
Physillium if needed
Dinner
Multi vit
omega 3, 6 & 9
1000mg vit c
Is it OK to take this combination or should I take some of the breakfast ones at night?
