Has anyone heard of the Atkins Nutra-Pak, its supposedly has *everything* you need in it. I know its expensive, and it comes only in a 30 day supply (from what I found) - but will it work?

I've never bought them, too expensive for me. But my sister uses them, she says she likes the convenience and yes she likes them.Originally posted by magika
