Hi folks, I have been taking CLA for a month. It is supposed to help the body get rid of fat, so decided to try it. I lost 8 inches (just one arm and one leg) all over in March and 6 lbs (I had been at a stall for 2 months). I lost 2 inches on my fatty abdomen and shockingly, 1.5 inches around my lower thigh!
I have no idea if this loss is partly due to CLA, but may be worth checking out. I take 3000mg. per day (3 - 1000mg capsules). It is kind of expense, however.
