Different people will require different things. But as a start I'd recommend a low/no iron multi (sr. multi's usually are iron free) as you should be getting most of your iron on this woe. Which multi you choose depends on your needs, what you can afford etc. I take a generic multi that i compared witht he name brand and found it to be almost identical.
Personally I also take:
Omega 3's int he form of wild fish oil (i'm not a big fish eater)
Vitamin D - especially in the winter. this is especially important for anyone in a colder climate that doesn't get enough sun exposure in the winter months
Multivitamin
Evening primrose oil (for PMS symptoms, take it month round and it does work)
