So I think I found a multivitamin and I could use a second set of eyes.
It's The Berkley & Jensen brand Senior Multi Vitamin

So I THINK I am going to need an additional calcium supplement, Chromium, Essential Oils, and I want to also take L-Carnitine and CoQ10.
What do you guys think is there anything else I should have?? I used to take the Basic #3 when I did Atkins years ago, but they apparently don't make it anymore.
