  • Fish and Fish Oil

I bought some fish oil a couple of weeks ago and about the same time my husband went fishing and brought back a ton of salmon, trout and crab. We'll going to be eating good for a while Anyway, I plan on eating fish at least a couple times a week. Should I not be taking the fish oil anymore? Or should I just not take it on the days I'm eating fish? I just don't want to OD on oil. Would it hurt me if I did?
    Thanks

    Susan

I would take it daily regardless. My midwives have told me optimal levels of fish oils are 3000 grams (not MG) per day. so, the odds of you overdosing are not likely a factor.
