I searched and could not find any really specific information about weather or not I should be taking chromium and how much. I know the AD book recommends taking some but I can't remember how much and how often.
Up to 1000 mcg daily, but don't forget to include your multivitamin. I don't take additional chromium, just what I get from food and from my multivitamin.
