Anyone out there take Udo's Oil-3.6.9 Blend... It is made with organic flax, sesame and sunflower seed oils. It's really great, regulates you and helps with joint pain among other things. I can't take large pills so this is best for me.
I also found Tiny Tabs multivitamin. You have to take 6 a day but they are very small and give you no after taste at all.
I also take Vit. D and magnesium.
I don't seem to get run down like I used to.
