For chromium supplements, does it matter if it's chromium picolinate, chromium chloride, or just chromium? I'm most familiar with chromium picolinate, and know it's helped with curbing cravings (not every day, just now and then).
I can't find the picolinate type in any of my local stores, so I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the chromium form matters, for it to be effective?

My multivitamin has 100 mcg of chromium chloride. That's why I was asking about the forms, I wasn't sure if that type & amount was sufficient.
