I was curious, obviously anything taken in excess usually isn't good for you. I am currently taking,2 Omega-3 gel tabs once a day, Citrum Fiber tabs 2 - once a day and Trim-Spa 6 a day. Any input is appreciated!

Is there such a thing as TOO Many supplements?

Yeah its possible to take too much. For example there are studies that say too much chromium can damage the kidneys and liver.
You need to find out what nutrients you are getting in your food and base your vitamin/supplements on that make sure your not ODing on certain supps. I currently started reading Atkins Vita Nutrient solution book suggest by peterlock and so far its a great book. Haven't gotten to the part about what to take how much and all that jazz, maybe someone will stop in with more info on that detail.
I would suggest reading about all the vitamins/supplements your taking and go from there. If your intrested in the vita nurtients get Dr. Atkins book its a very enlightening book telling about how people can reverse illness that need medication. In the book there are success stories of people getting off their blood pressure meds, some off diabetic meds and a few other depression is another. Knowledge is power! Learn all you can and you shall never go astray. I can't wait til I learn about this so I can answer questions like yours with better answers.
As for the oil Omega 3 is good but there is flax seed oil and Borage oil I take the Atkins essentials becuase it has all 3 there also another brand at Vitacost.com that is the same thing but has more in it for the same price. Once I finish this bottle Im gonna snag that one.

Thanx for the great info. I will grab the book when I head to the mall this weekend. I have some Flaxseed Meal, but that stuff is so nasty and I can't quite figure out what to put it on so that I can handle it LOL!
The trimspa I just started taking yesterday, that is what made me post after I realized how many supplements I was taking! I will keep you posted, I have heard alot of people are losing weight with it while being on a carb diet.
