Any brand that is a senior brand is fine - the senior vitamin doesn't have iron in it.

are senior vitamins being recommended becuase of age, or the iron content.. I have Men's One a Day... im going to look at the iron content when i get home? I will also be adding more supplements that were suggested in the sticky titled " The Beginner's Guide to Nutritional Supplements"
