    Okay, I'm so scared in taking these supplements that I bought without checking the label beforehand.

    *One A Day Women's
    *Nature Made Super B-Complex with Vitamin C/Folic Acid.

    The reason being, I see Cornstarch, Dried Yeast, Cellulose, Starch and Iron in the ingredients.

    Can someone please help me out???

    Im not the vitamin expert on here and Im sure you will get better answers more specific to your needs, but have you tried the Atkins supplements. Basic 3 and Essential oils are all I take plus L-carnitine for my heart. It needs all the extra help it can get.
