Hey!
Saw my doctor yesterday to review my blood work results (annual physical). I was really concerned about my cholesterol because the last time I had it done it was on the borderline of my controling it with diet or my having to go on pills.
So..........Ta Da Ta Ta (drum roll please!) Everything was wonderfully normal except for my cholesterol...........which was OUTSTANDING!
In fact, she said that I was in incredible good health and physically had the body of a much younger woman! Needless to say she was very very pleased and happy for me.
And they say being on Atkins will kill you?????????? :confused
