It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Oh no I hope you got the drain fixed. i won't tell you what happened when the outside line clogged and the basement bathroom toilet was the lowest point not blocked.by the book atkinseer

My wife and I went out for a simple lunch.
I have this restuarant well trained - a double grilled chichen breast on a mountain of lettuce and cucumber. I take my own Newman's Italian Dressing.
So what did I eat today?
