this morning I was at an all time low of 228!!! That makes 60 pounds lost in one year and 36 days. Yippee!!!
2Big I still have the yeast problem. I have figured out the main cause of my yeast problem. for the past month I have done a little experiment and I think the answer is in. I take allergy shots for terrible sinus infectons, bronchitis, all that terrible symptoms, also continued sore throat from the drainage. Well... the scratch test showed that my main sensitivity is to molds(big time) So for the past year I give myself a weekly allergy shot, made just for me. Well.... the shot is full of mold to desensatize me. But I will call the allergy Dr.(ears, nose and throat specialist) and report my findings to him( I got a card saying it was time for me to come see the Dr. anyway). I will let you know what he tells me to do. He may totally disagree with my findings, but I KNOW it is the problem. I am living it and everytime I give myself the shot the next 2 to 3 days afterwards is HE!! of itching, burning, in the you know where place.
I am taking at this time 30 days of diflucan( prescription for my reg. Dr) and the yeast burning is just eased up a little bit.
I have been eating since july 1st, Gold Standard, which is eliminating all food that cause yeast overgrowth. Here is what I am eating.
            Pure foods!!
unprocessed meats, eggs, salt, unprocessed veggies, fresh or frozen, olive oil, fresh herbs if any and lots of water. So you see I have cut it to the bone to get the answers I need.
So I have cut all dairy, dried spices, nuts, because I need answers why I wasn't loosing and why the yeast wouldn't be controlled.

            I can't believe 60 pounds are gone!!!!

Oh, I am sure thats your problem also. Everytime I get a UTI, I am given an antibiotic and something for a yeast infection. What about yogurt, it really helps me.

                  Aug 5th, Becky States:

This wonderful morning, Aug 8th. I weigh in at 227. So the pounds are heading south and my self esteme is moving upward!!!! WEIGH UP!!!

in 39 days I have lost 18 pounds. this makes my grand total 61 pounds of ugly fat lost!!!

I am eating simple, pure unprocessed meats, eggs, pure unprocessed veggies(all atkins approved)fresh and frozen, olive oil, fresh spices, and drink only water, (one gallon daily).
The reason I am eating this way is because of 10 months stall in weight loss and also I have terrible yeast overgrowth. So I am trying to starve out the yeast(candidsis)

I am seeing great results and I am so thankful.

woo hoo dumping those pounds at record pace.

BTW you do know your olive oil has to be extra virgin so it is mold spore free too.
