"NEWBIE" TO THE 50 + GROUP (With a question.)

    Hi all, Ginnie Hill here.
I just finished induction, and I'm ready to move on to OWL. Where can I buy Atkins products (like bread) in southern California?
Just to let you know, I'm 56 yrs young, I live in Long Beach California, & I raise cockatiels, lovebirds, and parrotlets. I have 10-15 lbs. more to loose. Thanks for any help you can give, Ginnie :wave

Bread???? what's that??? Just kiddin! I haven't had bread in such a long time. But for my husband I buy the low carb(sara Lee) bread, it is in all the grocery stores around here.

Just go read labels. There are a few different brands around here in the Oklahoma Panhandle!

You shouldn't have any problems buying Atkins and low carb products in Long Beach, any supermarket now has tons of stuff. Or check out Trader Jos as they have a great selection of nitrate free meal.
Go easy on the Atkins stuff, it gets expensive and some of it tastes like cardboard. I was so disappointed.
We have a forum called Low Carb Product Taste Test. Check it out cause it will give you ideas on what to avoid.
