    Hello,
I'm new to the group. However I am not new to Atkins. My name is Kay I will be 65 on the 10th. This is my second time around. 4 yrs ago I lost 30 lbs on Atkins and kept it off for over a year. My husband and I went on a cruise and need I say more? The cheese cake was delicious and so was every thing else. I ate it all! Well, that would have been fine if------I had had the sense to get back on induction. I didn't. Every holiday I gained back the weight in 5 lbs increments just as Dr. Atkins warned. Carbs are my drug of choice. (Let's say- were. ) I AM BACK!!!! I have relost 7lbs so far and have 18 more to go. I have been reading all of the post on the group sites and have received lots of great information and inspiration.
