    There is a new Exercise Challenge starting on the 12th of September and I am officially challenging all of the 50+ members to join and show up the kids on the other boards.

            Hey! Hey! Hey! I'm back!

            This will be my third Challenge! And I want you to know that, from the pictures, and descriptions of the participants......MOST OF THE ONES who CONTINUED on to the END were in their 40s and 50s! Including me at 54!


            So, count me in for 5/7 or better!

            I run and do Pilates Sculpt (Pilates with weights)

            Just got back from our annual fishing trip. Seven days of nothing but eating and sitting in a boat. Getting back to my exercising will be BRUTAL!
